Steel slitting

Offering unmatched capabilities when it comes to steel slitting, Grand Steel utilizes a 72’ Loopco Slitter that allows us to manufacture products from high-grade, flat rolled steel. Because of the quality of our equipment and the training that all of our employees receive, our customers are able to reduce their downtime, lower their rejection rates, and increase their line’s productivity.

Quality inspection

Working with certified, A2LA accredited labs, Grand Steel tests all of our materials’ chemical and physical properties. We utilize high-definition cameras to inspect our products and, if needed, we can send that footage to our customers so that they can inspect the materials themselves. We also have the ability to provide gauge charts from our isotope thickness measurement system, ensuring that the products that our customers receive are always exactly what the products that they need.
