Steel Service Center
Our one-stop-shop for steel caters to hot-rolled, cold-rolled, galvanized, and aluminized metal finishing. We have multiple steel commercial quality options for our customers to choose from and the experts to help you make the right decision based on your application requirements. At Grand Steel, we take pride in making sure that the materials we sell will exceed our customer’s expectations. We are partnered with a certified A2LA accredited lab that tests our materials for their chemical and physical properties. We make sure each coil is inspected using our HD cameras that captures footage that can also be sent to clients prior to sale, as well as gauge charts from our isotope thickness measurement system for the entire length of the coil. We save all pictures, reports, and certifications to ensure proper traceability and responsibility of our products.
Steel Testing Lab
Grand Steel provides a third-party on-site, accredited steel testing lab for the convenience and ease of our customers. We want to make sure you are getting the quality product we promised and to ensure that, we maintain the highest standard of quality for our commercial-grade metals. Our technicians perform the calibrations of testing equipment daily to be certain that all test data is accurate and precise every day. Our Steel Testing Lab, at our full steel service center, offers low or high-volume testing for every product need. We know our customers are located around the country, so we also provide expedited services by overnight courier or local pick-up for those nearby our Michigan facility. Our test results can be provided within hours as well!
