Brief Description
Steel Testing Laboratory, a subsidiary of Grand Steel Products, is hiring a Marketing/Customer Service Liaison for their growing steel testing lab. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a customer service/sales role.
Job Responsibilities
- Daily communication with customers on shipping and pick up of samples to be tested, via email and verbally.
- Monitor and update customer reporting website/portal.
- Generate customer invoices and follow up on past dues.
- Create marketing flyers and social media postings.
- Understanding of Microsoft Suite and Adobe PDF.
- Some travel may be required for networking events and customer site visits.

Salary starting at $50,000 annually based on experience.
